Frozen Yogurt Bark with Berries and Coconut (Beth Avitabile in Greenwich, CT):
I made this recently for the July 4th holiday but you can use whatever fruit and toppings you desire. . You can use non-fat plain or Greek yogurt, add the toppings and freeze. It is simple to make, very refreshing and one of my favorite summertime treats!
Since summer travel plans are cancelled, we are enjoying family time together at home and doing lots of grilling in the backyard.
