Phil Meehan

Phil has been an educator for over 25 years having worked in Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, and Japan. He previously worked as a special education needs consultant, a teacher, and a school counsellor in public and international schools. He currently works as a school counsellor in Tokyo. He received his degree from Queen's University (Ontario, Canada), his teaching degree from the University of Toronto, and his MA in Counselling from the University of South Australia. He is an accredited counsellor with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association, and a registered coach with the International Coach Federation. When he's not helping families in transition, he enjoys being outdoors with his family camping and skiing, puttering in the garden or watching Toronto Blue Jays baseball and FC Tokyo soccer.
