Maria has supported K-12 students in math and science through personalized, results-driven instruction for over 10 years.. Known for building strong connections with her students, she creates a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages academic growth and confidence. Her step-by-step approach, combined with the ability to relate complex problems to real-life situations, helps students gain a deeper understanding of challenging concepts. Beyond academic content, Maria also equips students with essential organizational and study skills, helping them manage assignments and projects more effectively—often resulting in improved grades and overall performance. She has a BS in Accounting with an emphasis on Applied Mathematics from Pepperdine University and is currently pursuing her MBA at Pepperdine with a background in Accounting. Maria is bilingual in Spanish and passionate about music, and exercising, bringing that same energy and dedication into her work with students.
