Chelsea Rivera

Chelsea Rivera is a licensed occupational therapist, educational consultant, and mental health educator with over 10 years in the education field. She has lived in New Orleans, Miami, New York, Los Angeles, France, Australia and Colombia. Chelsea has created mindfulness, wellness, and yoga curricula for multiple schools and is a founding member of the Mental Health Teacher Training Institute at Geffen Academy at UCLA. She also served as the co-chair of the education committee for the Occupational Therapy Association’s Ad Hoc committee for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. She holds an undergraduate degree in Education from the University of Miami and a doctorate and masters in Occupational Therapy from the University of Southern California. She has also completed UCLA’s Women School Leadership Academy. Chelsea is an avid athlete and explorer–she recently completed the Trans-Catalina Trail with her fiance.
